Satisfaction Guarantee

Any time you purchase a product through the amway.com.au Web Site, you have the right to use it for a reasonable time (90 days) to determine whether it is satisfactory and whether you want to keep it. If you decide that it is not satisfactory, you may return your purchase, or the unused portion, to us. You will be offered a choice of replacement without charge, full credit towards the purchase of another product or a refund of your full purchase price.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to: purchases made through Partner Stores sites or through other linked sites; Vendor Direct products; products that have been damaged or misused after receipt; post earrings that have been removed from their packaging; undergarments that have been worn, swim wear that is missing the plastic protective strip; products that have been made and delivered to customer order; or to any Services.

Our Full One Year Warranty

We warrant new mechanical devices and appliances for a period of one year from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift. If any mechanical device or appliance you purchase through this Web Site should become defective during that one year period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or issue a refund for the defective product.

Specific Exclusions: this Warranty does not apply to Vendor Direct products.

Additional Warranties

In addition to our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and full one year warranty, some products sold through this Web Site may also be covered by specific written warranties including the following:

 Minolta Cameras
The Minolta product is warranted by Minolta Co. Ltd for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defective workmanship and materials. This warranty is limited to repair and/or adjustment. The warranty is void if the product shows evidence of impact, sand, liquid or moisture damage; dripping, mishandling or tampering; battery or chemical corrosion; use contrary to applicable instruction manual. Replacement of batteries is not covered by this warranty.

 Watches
Timex watches are warranted for one year. Steffano Ricci and Slazenger watches are warranted for two years with respect to faulty materials and workmanship. If the watch is faulty within the warranty period, please return it to us. We will forward it to the supplier for repair or replacement.

Specific Exclusions: All parts subjected to wear and tear including bracelets, straps, setting buttons, glass and cases, water damage unless the watch is marked Water Resistant.

 Home Appliances
A one year manufacturer's warranty applies. If the product becomes faulty during the warranty period, please return it to us for repair or replacement.

Statutory or Implied Warranties

Our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and full one year warranty and the additional warranties referred to above provide additional rights to those statutory or implied warranties available under federal and state trade practices and consumer protection legislation.
