Dispute Resolution
Any Member or Client dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use or in connection with your use of the Amway Web Site which cannot be resolved by good faith negotiations between us shall referred to mediation or to arbitration by agreement between us. Any IBO dispute shall be dealt with in accordance with the IBO Rules of Conduct.
Guarantee and Warranties
There are a number of voluntary warranties and guarantees that apply to products you purchase through this Web Site. In particular this includes our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. All warranties exclude defects caused by damage or misuse after receipt.
100% 90 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Any time you purchase a product through this amway.com.au Web Site, you have the right to use it for a reasonable time (90 days) to determine whether it is satisfactory and whether you want to keep it. If you decide that it is not satisfactory, you may return your purchase, or the unused portion, to us. You will be offered a choice of replacement without charge, full credit towards the purchase of another product or a refund of your full purchase price.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to: purchases made through Merchant Partner Sites or through other linked sites; Vendor Direct products; products that have been damaged or misused after receipt; post earrings that have been removed from their packaging; products that have been made and delivered to customer order; or to any Services.
Additional Warranties
In addition to our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, some products may also be covered by additional specifi c written warranties including the following:
Emma Page Extended Warranty
To further support and promote your efforts in marketing andselling Emma Page to retail customers we have added an additional warranty.
In the unlikely event the jewellery piece develops a manufacturing fault after the first 90 days and within 180 days (six months) from date of purchase, we will replace that particular Emma Page piece free of charge with the same piece. If that particular piece is unavailable you can select another piece from the current range up to or equal to the value of the piece that has this manufacturing fault.
This guarantee does not apply to pieces that have been damaged ormisused by the purchaser.
As with all Amway distributed products the 90-Day Guarantee andnow this additional warranty period commences when you purchase the product from Amway of Australia.
Home Appliances
A one year manufacturer’s warranty applies. If the product becomesfaulty during the warranty period, please return it to us for repair or replacement.
AMWAY One Year Warranty
AMWAY warrants new mechanical devices/appliances for a periodof one year from the date of original purchase. If any mechanical device/appliance purchased should become defective during the warranty period, AMWAY will, at its discretion repair, replace or issue a refund for the defective device with proof of purchase.
Statutory or Implied Warranties
Our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and full one year warranty and the additional warranties referred to above provide additional rights to those statutory or implied warranties available under federal and state trade practices and consumer protection legislation.
Pricing
Our recommended retail prices are competitive with major national retailers on identical products. Being competitive at retail means that IBOs and Members who purchase products for their own consumption may make savings by purchasing at the Member Price.
We consider the following national retailers with stores in each state as our competition: Woolworths, Coles, Myer, David Jones, Target, Kmart, Big W.
Occasionally, one of our nominated competitors will permanently reduce a price. If other national retailers follow, we will adjust our prices to remain competitive. We will not, however, match one-off price reductions or a competitor's promotional clearance, home brand or seconds pricing. We will not match the prices of franchise operations as they do not necessarily run national pricing schemes.
Where relevant, our prices include the 10% Goods and Services Tax.
We sometimes experience greater demand for an item than expected or an unforseen delay in the shipment of goods. In the event of a delay you will be advised at the time of order placement.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit card; we accept Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard. In this regard, you are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you have authority to use any such credit card.
If you do not have, nor wish to use, a credit card, you should speak with your referring IBO who may register and place orders on your behalf and accept cash or a cheque.
IBOs may arrange for payment by Direct Debit.
You are responsible for payment of all applicable state and federal taxes. You are responsible for payment of delivery costs. These additional charges will be included on your order invoice.

Orders are delivered between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm. In the event that there is no one to take delivery, the driver may, in the interest of security leave a card asking you to contact the driver's depot. To arrange for delivery to unattended addresses we ask that you provide "special delivery instructions" when placing your order.
Delivery to an Alternate Address
To ensure safe delivery when you are not available to receive your goods, you may have your order delivered to another address nominated as an alternative "ship to" address.
Out of Town, Remote and Island Locations
If your delivery address is more than 5km outside a town, in a remote area or on an Island, we ask that you nominate a "ship to" address in an area that offers feasible and reliable freight or port services. We will arrange delivery to this address so you can make pick up or forwarding arrangements that best suit you.
Public Holidays
Our delivery service operates reliably and consistently throughout the year. Some public holidays do however require changes to schedules from time to time. You will be advised of any change in schedule well in advance.
Future Developments
We reserve the right to alter any of our ongoing arrangements, in order to provide a better service for all customers. Consistent with our service philosophy, enhancements may be introduced to broaden our service offering.

Amway cannot pay freight or handling for returns other than prescribed above.
Amway Returns Policy
- All product sold by Amway Australia/ New Zealand is returnable within 90 days of the date of purchase by the consumer or, if the product has remained with the IBO, the date of purchase from Amway.
- If an IBO seeks to effect a return of product outside 90 days the ultimate decision to accept or reject will take account of the 70/30 Rule (Rule 4.3 of the Rules of Conduct for Amway IBOs) and the circumstances of the purchase.
- For all product returns over 100 PV, either a Business Relations Manager or Senior Account Executive will advise the upline Platinum of the return regardless of the date of purchase.
- All products to be accepted for a refund between 90 days and 12 months from date of purchase will be at the Business Relations Manager's discretion and 5% freight and a 5% handling fee will be automatically charged.
- Artistry/Emma Page cases over 90 days will be considered for return under point 4, but they must be complete and unused. Amway will not refund or exchange part packs.
- Removal of packaging constitutes use. This includes Artistry product removed from its packaging and placed in the Presentation Case, and water treatment filters removed from their protective packaging.
- Any return over 12 months from date of purchase will not be accepted.
- For those returns over 3 months, which are not accepted, a standard letter will be generated and immediately sent to the IBO stating the product will be returned to them on the next cycle delivery.
- Product will not be accepted to pay off an outstanding debt unless it is current stock, unused, saleable and approved by a Business Relations Manager.
- The return of Business Packs will be handled under the Business Pack Return Procedure below.
- Due to the "USE by Date" on all food products returns will not be accepted on food over 90 days from date of purchase.
Business Pack Returns Procedure
- Business packs returned within 90 days of purchase are subject to Amway's Satisfaction Guarantee and are consequently refundable without any deduction for Freight and Handling. The refund will be processed to the returning IBO.
- Undamaged, complete and resaleable Business Packs will be accepted for return up to 12 months after date of purchase but those outside the 90 day period will incur 5% freight and a 5% handling cost recovery.
- Business Packs more than 12 months from date of purchase are not returnable.
- Business Packs will not be accepted for refund or exchange due to catalogue being out of date. A Catalogue Replacement Program has been initiated to fulfil this requirement.
- Business Packs will not be accepted for refund or exchange due to the Application Form being substituted or updated. In this instance, Amway will assist in the replacement of a new Application Form.
- Exchanges can be made for a replacement Application at any time subject to the replacement Application being used in the relevant business pack.
