If you do need to return a product, it is simple and convenient to do.

Please follow the procedures below:

Returning a Product via Australia Post

  1. Call Amway on 1800 45 46 47 and advise them you wish to return a product
  2. Amway will email you a Returns or RMA Form (click here for an example) and a Mailing Label (click here for an example)
  3. Complete the Returns Form, keep a copy and put the original in the package
  4. Place the Mailing Label on the outside of the package
  5. Lodge the package at your nearest participating Australia Post Retail Outlet and keep the lodgement receipt
  6. Australia Post will then return the package to us - free of charge!

Returning a Product via your local Amway Business Centre

  1. Visit your local Amway Business Centre with the product and your original receipt
  2. Obtain from staff a Returns Form
  3. Complete the Returns Form and give it to staff with the product
  4. Your return will then be sent to our returns team for processing
