If you do need to return a product, it is simple and convenient to do.

Returning a Product via Toll or Couriers Please
- Log into amway.com.au\My Business Resources\Downloads\Popular Forms
- Download the Return Merchandise Authorisation form and Instructions (click here for an example), print and complete the form.
- Call Amway 1800 45 46 47 to arrange collection and Return Label (click here for an example).
- Toll/ Couriers Please will return the package to Amway – free of charge!
Returning a Product via your local Amway Business Centre
- Visit your local Amway Business Centre with the product and your original receipt
- Obtain from staff a Returns Form
- Complete the Returns Form and give it to staff with the product
- Your return will then be sent to our returns team for processing
