Our customer service is now open for longer hours and has doubled in size to include Thai, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and English speaking agents . This means there will be less wait for your calls, faster resolution of your concerns, and more people dedicated to help.

Our customer service team is available at the following times:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 9:00pm (AEST)
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (AEST)

Webchat

Webchat is also available to you in addition to phone and email. This new technology allows us to direct your questions to the specialist in this area for fast resolution.

Bigger Warehouse Team

We are increasing the number of people in our Sydney warehouse by over 35%!

This means more people working to get all your orders to your door as quickly as possible. Order before 4am on a weekday and we’ll get your order out of our warehouse by 4pm that same day.

Some Autoship days can be very busy! We work on weekends and extra hours to help get early month Autoship orders out our door and over to yours!

Free Delivery for Customers

Any registered customer who orders $100 or more in one order will receive free delivery. This is to ensure that our customers shopping online are supported especially as we make the switch to digital, and easier for you to support.
