Payright instalment orders can also be completed at your local Business Centre.

Note: You must complete the Payright application form online for Payright approval. There is not a manual form to be filled out in your local Business Centre.

FAQs

Do any fees apply?

Yes, an establishment fee of $5 (3 month term), $39 (6 month term) or $59 (12 month term) is included in the credit amount and paid back in increments together with the loan repayment. Payright charges a monthly account keeping fee of $3.50 and payment processing fee of $2.95.

Who can apply for a Payright Zero Interest Payment Plan?

Any Amway Independent Business Owner can apply to Payright. Payright then applies the lending criteria.

How will Payright process my application?

Payright collects your information and processes it electronically to determine the outcome of your application.

You will be asked to provide your contact details, your address and employment status together with your photo ID number.

Once you hit apply, your application is processed within seconds!

Can Payright be used in Business Centres and online?

Payright applications can be made online. Add your items to the shopping cart and choose Payright as a check out option.

How are payments made?

Payments are taken automatically as scheduled from your nominated credit or debit card using a direct debit facility. You can also nominate a repayment start date. Once a start date is selected and the plan is activated by the Merchant, you will receive a welcome letter to confirm the initial repayment date and frequency. You can request to change the ongoing scheduled payment date by contacting Payright at any time.

Can I make early payments or pay my plan out early?

Yes, early payments can be made. There is no penalty for making additional payments or paying out the agreement early. The payment processing fee of $2.95 will still apply for any payments made.

What if I want to return my purchase?

Amway offers a 90 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If you need to return a product, please visit our Returns & Exchange page for assistance.

In the first instance, please contact Amway directly regarding any concerns with the product or service. All requests for returns are subject to the Amway’s return policy. If the request has been authorised, Amway will advise Payright regarding any cancellation or refund that is applicable to your payment plan.

Can I make multiple purchases?

You can make as many purchases as you need as long as the total cost of repayments are within your credit limit. Please note that there is no establishment fee for repeat purchases, but that a repeat purchase fee of $5.00 applies for 3 month terms and a repeat purchase fee of $19.95 applies for 6-12 months terms.

For ease of managing repayments across multiple plans, Payright combines the scheduled payment for all active plans into a single combined repayment. This means that no matter how many Payright plan you have, you will only pay one payment processing fee of $2.95 with each repayment and one monthly account keeping fee of $3.50

What do I do if I cannot afford my repayments?

Please contact Payright if you are having problems with your repayments to work through a solution that works for both you and Payright. Help is always available. Please visit the Financial Hardship page on the Payright website for further information.

Can I close my account and are there any cancellation charges?

Once your purchase(s) have been paid in full and your account balance is zero, you can cancel via written notice to Payright at admin@payright.com.au or calling Payright on 1300 338 496. There are NO additional fees for closing your account or paying out early.

Can a VIP Client purchase through Payright?

Yes, a registered VIP Client can purchase a product on a Payright Zero Interest Payment Plan either online via the Amway website or in an Amway Business Centre.
