We are thrilled to announce the launch of two new online order collection locations in NSW!


Starting from September 25th, Independent Business Owners can collect online orders from our Chatswood and Eastern Creek locations. This expansion of our services provides more convenience and seamless access to your orders from two additional locations.

In light of the new collection point service, we will renovate the Chatswood foyer starting September 1st, 2023. As a result, it can no longer be used for IBO meetings.

Days: 10am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday, 10am - 5pm Saturday; and 10am - 4pm Sundays.


How does online order pick-up work?

  1. Select your Amway products online and add them to your cart.
  2. When you proceed to checkout, choose:
    • Order pick-up for Chatswood as your delivery option.
    • Click and Collect for Eastern Creek as your delivery option.
  3. Await confirmation that your order is ready via email.
  4. When collecting you order, make sure you bring along
    • A copy of your confirmation email or SMS
    • Valid photo ID, e.g. Drivers licence, passport, student ID, etc.
    • The debit/credit card used to place your order
  5. You will also be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.

FAQs

Is there a fee for the online order pick-up service?
There is no additional fee for Pick Up or Click and Collect orders.

When will my order be available?
We offer same-day order collection at our Eastern Creek
Click and Collect location for orders placed before 1pm.

You can collect your order at our Chatswood order pick-up location from 2pm on the next working day.

Can I return an item at an order pick-up facility?
No, we do not process refunds at order pick-up facilities. Please refer to our returns T&Cs here.

How long do you hold orders at pick-up locations?
All orders are subject to a 48-hour holding period. After 48 hours your order will be refunded (excluding registration orders). Any uncollected registration orders at Chatswood will be sent to the Eastern Creek Warehouse for storage. If you wish to collect your registration order from the Castle Hill or Chatswood location after this period, you must provide Amway with at least 48 hours notice to allow sufficient time for Amway to transfer the registration order to your nominated pick-up location.
