Breakfast Crêpes

30g Oat Flour | Yoghurt |
70g Egg White | Raspberries |
130ml Veg Milk | Cinnamon Powder |
50g Apple Puree | |
20g Nutriway All Plant Protein Powder | |
1 Pinch of Cinnamon | |
1 Sachet Nutriway Fiber Powder |
INSTRUCTION
Place all the liquid ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Add the flour, protein powder, and fibre powder. Mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan (diam. 20cm) and pour 1/3 of the mixture. Cook over low heat until it thickens; turn the crepe and put it on the plate after a few minutes. Repeat until you finish the mixture. Let it cool.
Fill the crepes with yoghurt, roll them up, dust them with cinnamon powder, and garnish them with raspberries.
