Product Orders and Delivery

2.1 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We sometimes experience greater demand for an item than expected or an unforeseen delay in the shipment of goods. In the event of a delay, you will be advised at the time of order placement and may be given the option to place a back order for the product. Because our stock is constantly being replenished with new stock, it is possible that a similar product of equal or higher value may be substituted at no additional cost.

2.2 PAYMENT
All prices referred to in this website are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) where applicable. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard. In this regard, you are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you have authority to use any such credit card. You are responsible for payment of delivery costs. These additional charges will be included on your order.

2.3 INSTALMENT ORDERS
You are responsible for payment of all applicable state and federal taxes. You are responsible for payment of delivery costs. These additional charges will be included on your order invoice.

2.4 PRE-ORDERS
You are responsible for ensuring all personal information provided for payment and product delivery is correct and current for the estimated delivery date . You can update your information online at any time until 24 hours before your delivery leaves our warehouse. Amway has no responsibility or liability for delivery information supplied by you which is not correct at the time of delivery. You will be charged at the time of placing the order. The estimated availability date is noted on the product page, is subject to change and reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. If Amway is unable to complete the order due to manufacturing issues, Amway will refund you.

2.5 ONLINE DELIVERY INFORMATION
The products you purchase on the Amway website will be delivered to your nominated address via a safe, reliable and efficient service, delivering to all areas within Australia. For further information on estimated delivery times, order tracking and delivery fees, please CLICK HERE.

2.6 CLICK AND COLLECT INFORMATION
The products you purchase on the Amway website will be delivered to your nominated Amway Pickup Location where they will be kept for a period of 2 days. Any uncollected orders will be refunded as coupons to your Amway Account and will be redeemable against future purchases. For more information on Click & Collect, please CLICK HERE. Registrations that are processed as Click & Collect orders will be kept for a period of 30 days at the Castle Hill and Chatswood location. Any uncollected registration orders will be sent to the Amway Warehouse for storage. If you wish to collect your registration order from the Castle Hill or Chatswood location after the 30 day period, you must provide Amway with at least 48 hours notice to allow sufficient time for Amway to transfer the registration order to your nominated Pickup Location.
