Tracking Your Order

To track your order with Couriers Please:

  1. You will receive an email* within 1 business day of placing your order/backorder (once your order leaves our warehouse) confirming the number of business days it will take for your products to arrive and the tracking number for your order/backorder.
  2. To track your order, select the link from the confirmation email or click here.
  3. On the Couriers Please website, simply enter your tracking number (e.g. CPAQORZ0000200) in the Ezy Track field and click “Submit”.

To track your order with Toll:

  1. You will receive an email* within 1 business day of placing your order/backorder (once your order leaves our warehouse) confirming the number of business days it will take for your products to arrive and the tracking number for your order/backorder.
  2. To track your order, select the link from the confirmation email or click here.
  3. On the Toll website, simply enter your tracking number (e.g. 6587240101884) in the box and click “Track”.

BUSINESS CENTRE PICK UP SCHEDULE

As a convenience option to you our valued customer, orders can be specified as ‘Pick Up’ from your Amway Business Centre. Please refer to the PDF below to determine when your order will be available.

#1 Next Business Day
We send your products the next business day after you order

#2 Live in an apartment
No problem! If you are not home get your products delivered to where you are or card it for pick up at a participating Newsagent outlet at your convenience. For further information, please call Amway on 1800 45 46 47.

#3 Specify where your order is left
Make sure that your order is left just where you want it by adding ‘Delivery Instructions’ when finalising your order. Examples of delivery instructions include: ‘leave at the front porch under the window’ and ‘leave next to the garage door’.

#4 Track your order
The power is in your hands with easy, simple to use delivery tracking tools. We’ll email you when your order is on its way. The email contains a unique tracking code and details on how you can track your order from our warehouse all the way to your doorstep. Track your Couriers Please order here or your Toll order here.

#5 First time delivery
Great news. Couriers Please and Toll are committed to first time delivery.

#6 Hundreds of Hubbed Connect newsagents at your demand
Get your order delivered to a participating ‘Hubbed Connect’ newsagent. If you are not home at time of delivery, your products will be delivered to the nearest PopShop location for pickup. Enter the suburb or post code and a map comes up showing the drop off points in your local area. Visit couriersplease.com.au/Tools/Search-POPPoints
